After launching my own vegan shoe label, KIRA, I realized there was a huge void for quality information about vegan shoes. What the world seemed to be needing more than another vegan brand was someone to tell the world about these brands.
So I sold my stake in the company and became an advocate for ethical fashion.
With the experience of having built a vegan shoe brand from scratch, it feels great to now be the storyteller for other amazing brands out there. Brands that play a key role in creating a more sustainable and fair world one vegan pair at the time.
Our team at TVS knows the future of footwear has no place for animal suffering in it. And vegan materials can kick leather’s ass any time. Nothing gives us more joy than helping amazing people like you find the best options for themselves.

I launched my own vegan shoe brand from scratch. Through that process I learned everything what goes to produce quality vegan shoes. I negotiated materials and production to ensure a quality product.
Through that learning process I am confident I can transparently offer a great and trustworthy review.
Also, I have operated this site since early 2020, almost daily keeping up with the market to keep my eyes open for new innovative materials, production styles and new players in the market.
I also buy many of the shoes and actually try them, wear them to create even better review. In addition, we scour feedback online to see if other people’s experience of the shoes are similar to ours.
